The best appointment option for New Acne Clients is an Acne Consultation with Facial. This 75 minute appointment will go over the issues causing acne breakouts, and we will come up with a plan to help you clear your skin with a daily routine. You will also get a gentle facial treatment and get your questions answered. This treatment also includes three take home products.
If you have acne and just want a facial with extractions, then book Acne Facial. If you are looking for a spa type of facial, Dermal 911 is not the right fit for you. Dermal 911 Acne And Skin Care is about skin health, education, and obtaining clear and radiant skin.
Clients are expected to use recommended products for home care for continued treatments and best results. Acne can take three months or more to clear, and following instructions and regular product usage at home is critical to success.
If you have a teen or pre-teen dealing with acne who is reluctant to come in for a facial treatment, set up a virtual appointment! It can be just you and your teen, and myself, or just your teen and myself. A conversation about how to take care of acne, what to use, and how to use it will be covered.

I see clients on a regular basis, twice a month, monthly, and or every six weeks. I do get booked up to two months in advance. However, life happens and people have to reschedule! Get on the waitlist for the days and time frames that work for you, and often it works out beautifully!

My office is a skin therapy office, and not a spa. You do not undress, unless you are having a neck/chest/back facial treatment. I do not offer shoulder and hand massages. We are about making your skin make you happy!
I do expect clients to follow a recommended home care regimen. I am here to help people who want results and will follow instructions. I have been carefully chosen and researched the products that I use and carry for home care.
