treating acne takes education

Certifications and hands-on experience are what you should look for when picking out an esthetician. I am certified by Face Reality, and Pastiche Method for Acne. Over the last 7 years I have taken multiple classes on Hyperpigmentation, Sensitive Skin, Aging, and classes on modalities such as microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, exfoliation, high frequency, galvanic, chemical peels, facial massage and more. All classes greatly added to the base knowledge attained in esthetics school.

Clear Skin Is Always In.

The first time I meet with an acne client, I go over their skin history: how long have they been dealing with acne, what have they tried in the past, what helps, are there any health issues, etc. I examine the skin and we go over how to properly cleanse the skin, and what kind of treatments and skincare products will help.

There is A LOT to learn about acne. Everyone has different issues with their skin and that is why I use Face Reality skin care products during my treatments and for home care for my clients. There are so many options to treat the many types of acne! It is a journey to get to clear skin and sometimes it goes quickly and sometimes some skin responds slowly. I am committed to helping those who want the help!

From a client:

I have been going to Suzanne for almost two years now and her work has changed my life. I had bad cystic acne that no matter what I did, would not go away. Not only has my cystic acne been gone for almost a year now but she has also made my acne scars vanish. Suzanne is not only talented but is one of the sweetest people that I have ever met. Thanks for helping me get my confidence back! Highly recommend!

Clear skin is possible

Client that came in after being treated by the Derm with products that were too much for her skin. Her skin was so sensitive and the acne had not Improved. The redness (acne post inflammatory hyperpigmentation) took about six months to fade away. Her skin is no longer sensitive.
