Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment for necessary paperwork to be completed.

I require a 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge or forfeiture of your gift certificate. We ask that you respect this policy as I only make the reservation for you and you alone.

Please leave your children and pets at home. We do love them; however, this time is designated for you to relax and unwind.

Please silence your cell phones before entering the office so you may fully relax during your time, and as a consideration to other clients.

Call Suzanne to purchase gift certificates or purchase on line in any denomination or for a specific service. 925.519-6822. Gift Certificates never expire and I do not charge a surcharge. Gift Certificates are not transferable or refundable. They must be paid for in U.S. dollars only. Gift Certificates will be mailed out by the following day of purchase if you choose for me to mail them, excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Please note: There is a $3.49 surcharge on all credit debit and ATM cards. I ONLY accept chipped cards. You may pay with cash to avoid the surcharge fee. Checks are accepted by repeat clientele.

Any returned checks will be subject to a $50 fee. (No out of State checks accepted)

Prepaid Packages, Promotions and Specials

To take advantage of a price break on any of our package services, payments must be in full at time of purchase.

Sessions are not transferable or refundable and every session must be used.

There are no rollover sessions or make-up sessions on any of these visits.

We are sorry but there are no refunds or exchanges on Services, and Gift Certificates.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To avoid a full charge on your scheduled appointments, a 24 hour cancellation is required. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.

Cancellations and Fees

Please cancel appointments within 24 hours or by calling 925 -519-6822 during normal business hours.

Failure to cancel, No Show and No Call may result in a full service fee charge and will be due and payable prior to your next appointment.

Running Late

All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If you start your treatment late, it will be on your time and will be charged full price. Please be prepared to reschedule your appointment if you are 15 minutes late.

Evening and weekend appointments fill up quickly, so please call ahead to book your appointments.
